- Transfer conditions: Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure] / Temperature/Time:130°C, 5 sec. / 150°C, 4 sec. / 160°C, 3 sec., NYLON pressure: 2.0 bar [low pressure] / temperature/time: 150°C, 5 sec. pre-press, 5 sec. press onto nylon, remove PET liner, cover transfer with silicon paper & apply pressure for further 10 sec. Adjust the application time when using highly structured cotton or cotton blend fabrics
- Wash resistance: 60 °C, suitable for tumble drying (commercial tumble dryer up to max. 100°C) and dry cleaning, turn textile inside out before washing
- POLI-FLEX® TURBO is our newest polyurethane transfer film equipped with a special hotmelt for fast application at low temperature
- POLI-FLEX® TURBO is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, blends of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. Waterproof nylon fabrics should be tested for suitability before carrying out transfers. POLI-FLEX® TURBO can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles
- POLI-FLEX® TURBO can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend using a standard blade (45°). Once it has been weeded, the cut flex film is transferred using a transfer press. The PET liner should be removed warm. In the case of neon colours (4903, 4940-4987), the liner should be removed lukewarm
- The soft, rubber-elastic transfer film ensures that textiles have a pleasant feel and are comfortable to wear. POLI-FLEX® TURBO has excellent opacity. The self-adhesive PET liner allows repositioning of the plotted motifs.
- The raw materials used are not harmful to the environment and are free from PVC, plasticisers and heavy metals (certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I). If the specified temperature and pressure conditions of the hot transfer are not maintained, a secure and permanent anchoring of the flex film cannot be guaranteed. With the exception of the colours 4920 Gold Metallic, 4930 Silver Metallic, 4987 Berry and the neon colours (4903, 4940-4944), the POLI-FLEX® TURBO series can be pressed in multiple layers.
- We recommend carrying out an application test on original materials.
- Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
